About UPSA

UPSA is the licensed owner, excavator and marketer of resource in a 99-year Section Lease purchased from Claystone International Pty Ltd. NSW, Australia. UPSA Section Lease has CPR Inferred Reserves of Pozzolanic Silica Alumina Sand (PSA) over five lots of 300 million metric tonnes (MT), and Measured Reserves of PSA in the two lots (7 & 8) of 86.5 million MT. The PSA Resource has been valued by SLR Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (SLR) per their JORC report at Aus$ 3.4 billion-£1.7 billion. (Note 1)

The use of PSA as a super-binding additive in concrete-mixing process has been known for 2 millennia as countless Roman structures, still standing, will testify.

In a world committed to reduction of carbon emissions the search is on for ways that enable the Construction industry to address its failings in the built environment and “greening concrete” is a major goal. Concrete Manufacturing which annually amounts to 72 billion MT,  is estimated to contribute up to 8% to annual C02 emissions. PSA will enable Governments and Developers to build strong and durable structures with ‘green concrete’ with reduction in carbon emissions, by replacing circa 40% of cement in concrete production. This will result in Carbon Credits: UPSA is in the process of getting such carbon credits accredited by Verra, with the objective that such credits are for the benefit of the buyers of PSA.

UPSA shareholders agreed terms for the reverse takeover (RTO) of Atlas Metals Group plc (Atlas) (Website: https://www.metalnrg.com listed on LSE)) in September 2025,  whereby UPSA shareholders at RTO shall be allocated new shares (at a value of £1 billion) in Atlas and shall own 97% of the enlarged share capital. The RTO is in progress with expected completion in Q2 2026.
