About UPSA
UPSA was formed in May 2023 with core teams in Australia and UK and is the licensed owner, excavator and marketer of resource in a 99-year Section Lease purchased from Claystone International Pty NSW, Australia. UPSA Section Lease has CPR proven deposits of Pozzolanic Silica Alumina Sand (Volcanic Ash) of 250M tonnes @ 70m depth. The use of Volcanic Ash as a super-binding additive in concrete-mixing process has been known for 2 millennia as countless Roman structures, still standing, will testify.
In a world committed to reduction of carbon emissions the search is on for ways that enable the Construction industry to address its failings in the built environment and “greening concrete” is a major goal. Concrete Manufacturing is estimated to contribute up to 8% to annual C02 emissions. PSA will enable Governments and Developers to build strong and durable structures that last for centuries not decades. UPSA will excavate Pozzolanic Sand to order for those clients seeking to make a genuine difference in the construction process.
